HORACIO LUTZKY is a lawyer and journalist and was co-director of newsfor the cable TV channel Alef Network (1995) and a professor at the Universityof Palermo. He worked as a congressional consultant in the trial against theSupreme Court’s failure to investigate the attack on the Israeli Embassy duringCarlos Menem’s presidency. He is a regular contributor to several media outletsin Argentina.
