Glenn Kurtz
GLENN KURTZ is the author of Three Minutes in Poland (Farrar, Straus & Giroux, 2014), named a “Best Book of 2014” by The New Yorker, The Boston Globe, and NPR, and adapted into the award-winning documentary Three Minutes — A Lengthening. His first book, Practicing: A Musician’s Return to Music (Knopf, 2007), received critical acclaim from major publications including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. A 2016–2017 Guggenheim Fellow, he holds degrees from Tufts University, the New England Conservatory of Music, and a PhD from Stanford University.
